Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

Introduced in 1998, the MegaDumper® has gained a reputation for its exceptional performance in the most challenging of environments, owing to its reliable bin-tipping mechanism and remarkable 600 kg capacity. Its modular design makes it versatile enough to be used in a variety of applications, including pouring ingredients into mixers or emptying waste into compactors. Whether used for industrial or commercial purposes, the MegaDumper® has consistently demonstrated safety, cost-effectiveness, and ease of operation.
The MegaDumper® boasts the title of being the market’s safest and most trustworthy industrial waste bin tipper. It has a swing-up safety door, a safety interlock system, and full-height guarding for added protection. Its unique modular design allows it to empty even the largest commercial bins. When positioned upright, the MegaDumper® can be effortlessly manoeuvred on its caster wheels by utilising the two provided grab handles.

Upon pressing the RAISE button, a pair of hydraulic rams extends, pulling a series of chains that enable the bin cradle to ascend vertically within the masts. A combination of arms, rollers, and curved tracks facilitates the cradle’s inversion at the appropriate height. The hydraulic pump that powers the rams can be driven by a 3-phase, 1-phase, battery, or compressed-air motor. The integrated electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical control systems provide the operator with the ability to smoothly and safely lift and lower the bin.
